Vintage Chanel. Penelope Cruz starred in a new photoshoot for Spanish Vogue

Hollywood actress Penelope Cruz has become a cover-star of the latest edition of Spanish Vogue.

On the official Instagram account, a 44-year-old Spanish movie star published two covers of the April edition of gloss, displaying two radically different looks.

On the first photo, which decorated the new edition of the Spanish fashion Bible, Cruz is depicted as a Hollywood diva from the past. The star posed in a red Chanel vintage tweed jacket from the fall-winter 1983/1984 collection to cult photographer Peter Lindberg. The photo was taken in honour of the legendary fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld, as the actress said in the signature:

“Filmed by my beloved Peter Lindberg. Our personal desire is to pay tribute to Karl Lagerfeld, – Cruz wrote.

On the second photo, which appeared on the cover, Cruz poses for a duet of photographers Luigi Mureno and Yango Henzi in the form of a fatal seductress. The star appeared in a black dress from Versace, expressing admiration for the talent of the famous Italian designer Donatella Versace, about cooperation and friendship with which she told in an interview with Vogue.

“Last year, Donatella helped me preparing for the filming of the series American History of Crimes. The murder of Gianni Versace. After working together on a project, I began to admire her and love her even more than before. My relationship with the fashion house has always been very warm, and this shooting was another opportunity to express respect for both the brand and Donatella herself, – said Cruz.

It is worth noting that the actress was not only the main character of the April edition of Spanish Vogue but also a guest editor.

These editors reported on its Instagram, publishing a series of clips from Cruz.
